If you are:

  • Licensed to sell real estate in Pennsylvania;

  • Affiliated with a broker of record who holds RAMP membership;

  • and eligible for membership under RAMP bylaws...

...then starting on the path to REALTOR® membership is just a click away. For your 2024 dues (membership will begin on January 1, 2024) of $637 (includes $100 new member fee for PA Association of REALTORS), you'll become a member of RAMP, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. The steps are simple:

  • Apply for membership online

    You may submit your membership application online.  The dues process includes submitting your non-refundable membership dues of $637 (includes $100 new member fee for PA Association of REALTORS) for the entire year of 2024.  Dues amounts are prorated on a monthly basis. (View our dues schedule.) Once we receive your dues and application, our staff will process your membership and send to you an email containing your NRDS identification number. (If you were a prior member of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, please complete this application.)

  • RAMP's board of directors will review and (barring any irregularities or evidence of professional misconduct) officially approve your application. This will be completed at their next monthly meeting.

  • You must attend an orientation and ethics seminar within three months of your acceptance as a member. At the conclusion of the seminar, you will be presented with a pin and certificate evidencing your full membership in the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.
