At our Annual Installation of Officers and Awards Celebration in January of each year, we try to recognize members and people who have provided outstanding support and service to our REALTOR® organization or the industry.
In an effort to find the best candidates for the categories we are asking each of you to take a minute to review the classifications and the criteria and nominate people who you believe should be recognized. Please send all nominations to RAMP at (1427 West Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15226 or email ramp@realtorspgh.com) no later than December 12th.
It is possible that there will not be an awardee for each category and also possible there may be multiple recipients for an award or one individual may receive multiple awards.

Distinguished Service Award
Recipient may be a member or non-member who has provided outstanding service to RAMP. This will be chosen by the executive committee and will be presented by the RAMP president
Lifetime Achievement Award
Recipient will be a Realtor member with at least 25 years of continuous service to RAMP. This will be chosen by the executive committee and will be presented by the RAMP president.
The Richard J. Stampahar REALTOR® Active in Politics Award
Recipient will be a Realtor who is actively involved in the political arena at the local, state or national level. This will be chosen by the executive committee and will be presented by the RAMP president.
Community Service Award
Recipient will be a Realtor who is actively involved with humanitarian/philanthropic activities within the Metropolitan Pittsburgh region. The Community Service Committee will choose this recipient and forward the name to the Executive Committee for their approval. The name of the awardee will be forwarded to the National Association of REALTORS® for consideration for the “Good Neighbor” awards program. This award will be presented by the RAMP President.
President's Award
Recipient will be someone who provided significant and exceptional support during the President's year. This will be chosen and presented by the RAMP President.
Affiliate of the Year
Recipient will be an affiliate member who has been actively involved with RAMP during the prior year. This will be chosen by past affiliate recipients and will be presented by the previous year's honoree.
REALTOR® of the Year
Recipient is to be an active member of RAMP for at least the previous 5 years, whose efforts have resulted in significant benefit to RAMP, the REALTOR® organization, the profession and the community at large. This will be chosen by past recipients of this award and will be presented by the previous year’s honoree.
