YPN to Host Business Therapy and Wellness Session

The Young Professionals Network of RAMP are offering an opportunity to address mental and physical stresses with an event on Wednesday, May 28th at 10 am. They will be meeting at the new FNB Financial Center in the Uptown neighborhood on the site of the former Civic Arena. The event is free for RAMP REALTOR members to attend. Register below.

This event was designed to give Realtors a therapeutic break from work stress, provide relaxation and learn about combating stress and anxiety. We all work in a competitive and stressful industry, dealing with rejection, comparison and even burnout.

The event will begin with a breathwork/ mindfulness exercise then we will hear from a panel of seasoned agents who will share their stories of dealing with pressure and the tools they use to remain calm.

While you are getting zen, you’ll enjoy healthy fresh fruit smoothies and acai bowls to power and detox your body and mind.
