Southwestern PA Counties Granted Yellow Phase

Today, Governor Wolf announced that several southwestern PA counties have been granted the Yellow Phase of the Pennsylvania Covid-19 Reopening Phases. This means limited businesses can resume May 15th, including Real Estate, with several key restrictions.
