The REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh will hold the annual R-Day Conference on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2022 at the Rivers Casino. We invite you to join us and be a part of this special event by purchasing an exhibit table that will enable you to showcase your firm/products to a large segment of REALTORS® at one stop. There are a few different packages available to choose from below. The committee has planned a fun education-packed day, plus AEF Ring of Excellence and Membership awards will be presented throughout the day.
The exhibit area will be open at 9:30AM and will be available until the end of the day (approximately 4 pm). During that time all attendees are invited to visit and view your table. Each guest will receive a card listing the exhibitors to have initialed. This system ensures that each attendee will visit your exhibit. This trade show will consist of approximately 35 vendors.
Exhibitors can set-up any time after 8:30 AM, (guests will be arriving by 9:30 am.) the morning of the event. If you wish to offer a prize at your table you may collect business cards from the guests (yours to keep). You will draw your winner prior to the luncheon at Noon and we will post it on the “Winners Board.” Table space goes quickly, therefore, reservations are taken on a “first” come basis (no phone reservations are accepted). A check or credit card payment must accompany the response form and be returned no later than TUESDAY, AUGUST 23, 2022. For additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact Jeff Zirngibl.
RAMP extends sincere thanks for your support. The fee for our most affordable table: $400 ($600 for Non-Members) and includes:
- One 6’ table - in the Event Center. The AEF Awards, and Lunch will be held in the same room.
- One lunch ticket that includes the continental breakfast and lunch. Additional tickets may be purchased for $50 each.
