Writing Objectively will provide the students with an understanding of writing objectively rather than subjectively, and thereby avoid using language that may be misconstrued as the use of pretext or code words to conceal use of or reliance upon a protected characteristic. The students will better understand how writing objectively focuses both the appraiser and the reader on the data and the analysis rather than on generalizations or conclusions that lack support

Instructors: Mark V Smeltzer Jr. MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS, JD, MBA and Mark Smeltzer, SR, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS, MBA, CDEI, AQB certified USPAP Instructor, and Alison K. Smeltzer, SRA, AI-RRS.
