Ginny Frank ABR, GRI, SRS, SRES will teach the required pre-license course, Real Estate Practice (45 hours/3 credits).
The instructor will be teaching the following concepts:
1. An introduction to the real estate business
2. Laws and regulations affecting real estate practice
3. Ethics, Antitrust, Fair Housing Laws, broker salesperson issues
4. Agency law
5. Kinds of agency relationships
6. Compensation and fees
The required book is Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 15th edition (available at our School and on Amazon).
