There will be five classes with a final exam on the last day.

You may pack a bagged lunch for your lunch break or grab fast food at nearby locations, and we have vending machines for snacks and drinks.

Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.

Book requirement:  (Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 14th edition – the same book used for Real Estate Practice) you can purchase your book the first day of class, or click here to order now.
