The class meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30-9:45 p.m.
Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.
Book requirement: (Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 15th edition) is available at our School and on Amazon.
