Brokerage and Office Management is a REQUIRED course in broker’s licensing education. Everyone working towards a broker’s license must take this course.
THE COURSE WILL COVER ALL PHASES OF THE MANAGEMENT FUNCTION, INCLUDING BUSINESS PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION, BUDGETS, RECRUITING, HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND MARKET STRATEGIES.
