Location: Bowtie High: A fiery school-to-apartment conversion with top-notch amenities, abundant natural light, and convenient location.
Taught by Jesse Wig, this course specifically focuses on the creative and beautiful conversion of a school to an apartment building, creating an overall understanding of real estate investing, redevelopment of property into residential apartments, mixed use, or other types of space. Jesse will provide a high-level point of view on the “ins and outs” of the conversion project.
