This is your required 7-hour National USPAP course taught by Mark Smeltzer, Jr. MAI, SRA, AI-RRS.
Location: HYBRID CLASS – come in person 1427 W. Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh 15226 or attend on Zoom.
Approved for 7 hours dual credit – continuing education for your appraisal certification and real estate license.
IMPORTANT BOOK INFORMATION:
You must purchase the books from the Appraisal Foundation or borrow them. Each student must have the following:
- 2026-2027 USPAP Course Student Manual
- 2026 USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual
- 2024 edition of the USPAP publication (you may already have this one)
