This is your required 7-hour National USPAP course taught by Mark Smeltzer, MAI, SRA, AI-RRS.
Location: Hybrid, (come in person at 1427 West Liberty Ave or meet on zoom)
You must purchase the books from the Appraisal Foundation or borrow them. Each student must have their own student manual, a guidelines booklet, and the USPAP publication.
