PAR Forms Update

The Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS will release a new version of some of the vital standard forms that are used by REALTORS and their clients. These forms will comply with new procedures required by the NAR settlement agreement.

From PAR Chief Legal Officer Hank Lerner, Esquire:

The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® is updating several of its standard forms due to the National Association of Realtors® lawsuit settlement announced earlier this year.

PAR will host three general membership webinars at 10 a.m. on July 16, August 7 and August 23 to discuss the changes to forms that will help you comply with new rules being implemented. PAR Associate Counsel Kacy Clouser will join me to review how the new rules may affect your business and how to implement the revised forms in your daily business.

Drafts of the revised forms will be released on Monday, July 1, so members can review the changes being made. We will send an email when you can visit PARealtors.org to download the marked-up versions.

These forms will be live on Thursday, August 1.
