Commercial Committee Meeting

We are asking participants to bring suggestions for updates to the following PAR Standard Forms:

1. Commercial Lease
2. Operating Expense Addendum to Commercial Lease
3. Change in Lease Terms Addendum to Commercial Lease
4. Commercial Property Management Agreement

These forms will be included in the second batch of commercial real estate forms that the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® will be updating.

Also, a reminder the first batch of commercial real estate forms that are updated will go live on August 1, 2026. More information is available at this LINK. The most extensive updates were to the Commercial Property Information Sheet.

Of course, don’t forget to bring information about any property that you have available for sale or lease. You will have an opportunity to share that information with other attendees.
