Our School Director is Dawn Parasolick, MBA, MA, GREEN. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Point Park University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from California University of PA. Dawn is an adult learning expert with about 15 years' experience leading and training faculties, teaching, and marketing programs and events at trade schools, associations and colleges. Prior to pivoting her career to education, she worked in commercial real estate leasing with several global companies such as Ketchum Communications, CBRE, and JLL.

I am honored and happy to be your School Director! We have an excellent and top-rated school with much credit to our 5-star faculty who teach a myriad of topics. At REI, we only hire industry experts, so rest assured you are being taught by someone with experience doing what they are teaching. Real-world experienced instructors and fresh curriculum set our school apart from all others.
My priority as School Director is to establish trust and build great working relationships with each of our students and faculty members. I embrace change, challenge, and am always seeking new opportunities to improve our school and our students' competence and professionalism.
As a leader, I am passionate, forward-thinking, creative, adaptive, and supportive. Personally, I strive to be ethical prioritizing moral values, integrity and fairness. I aim to be honest and do the right thing.
In my spare time, I like to travel, be outdoors, work out and spend time with family and my Aussie-doodle named Mylah.
