Commercial Practitioners Tour New Building

Commuters and visitors to downtown Pittsburgh and the Lower Hill District areas have watched construction of a grand commercial space over the past six years. The Commercial Committee of RAMP and CCIM PA/NJ/DE Chapter took a tour of the newly built FNB Tower on November 20, 2024. First National Bank is the anchor tenant of Pittsburgh’s newest landmark building.

From the sweeping views of the surrounding western Pennsylvania landscape to the incredible amenities available to the employees of the tenant companies, our tour participants viewed it and learned about it.

We want to thank JC Pelusi and Alice Barnett of JLL; and Christopher Buccini, Dr. Kimberly Ellis, Paul Watts and Boris Kaplan of Buccini Pollin Group for sharing their knowledge of this six-year project to bring more first class office and retail space to the Pittsburgh market. While development of the 28 acre space continues, tenants will begin moving into the FNB Tower in the weeks ahead.
