3. Or Online. Pursue self-guided study at your convenience via our online classes. The course content is similar what you would learn in the classroom. Log in and out whenever you want and the program will hold your place.  Work at your own pace!

RECIPROCAL STATES - The Commission has a reciprocity agreement with Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, and New York only. To qualify for a reciprocal license, you must have passed the licensing exam for your license type in one of these states.

At REALTORS® Educational Institute, our focus is on you, the student.  Our School is not associated with a real estate agency so there is never any recruiting pressure or employment contracts to sign! Our only goal is to prepare you to pass the State real estate exam and provide you with realistic career advice. See our career guide!
