🧩 About the HACP Homeownership Program
Launching January 2026, the program connects qualified residents with professional real estate partners to achieve homeownership.
Participants move through three structured readiness levels:
- Tier 1 – Starting Out: Financial and credit coaching
- Tier 2 – Needs Work: Savings and pre-approval prep
- Tier 3 – Fast Track Ready: Ready to buy now
Realtors will play a critical role in helping Tier 2 and Tier 3 buyers find and close on their homes.
