The Community Service Committee has scheduled a few projects so far in 2025.
You are invited to participate in any project that interests you. If you wish to participate in all of them, you are welcome to do so. The more, the merrier!
Here is our lineup of projects:
Wednesday, April 16, 2025 (1 PM to 3 PM) - GREATER PITTSBURGH COMMUNITY FOOD BANK
The Food Bank asks that all volunteers register at least 10 days in advance so they can plan appropriately and ensure that everyone has signed their safety waivers before arriving.

Activity: Volunteer Engagement Center: Inspecting, sorting, and repackaging produce for distribution. Please bring additional layers of clothing as many of the projects take place in The Cool Zone, a 55°F temperature-controlled area that helps with processing fresh produce.

Thursday, October 30, 2025 (10:15 AM to 12:30 PM) - DAILY BREAD FEEDING PROGRAM
The Daily Bread is a feeding program that operates in the north side of Pittsburgh. We will prepare lunch and distribute it to individuals in need. In less than an hour, we will distribute at least 150 meals.
