Agents will review section 604 of Act 15 (The Prohibitive Acts) so that they will have a better understanding of the laws that will keep both themselves and their clients out of trouble. Agents will become aware of the most common mistakes that agents make and how to avoid them. Agents will have a better understanding of the Consumer Notice, Sellers Disclosure Statement. The instructor will also touch on the PAR Listing and Sales Agreements.
