Residential Property Management is a commission-development approved elective for your broker’s license.
This class meets every Tuesday.
Taught by Marv Levin, APM. Mr. Levin runs the Commercial division of a large brokerage in Pittsburgh bringing 40+ years of property management experience to our classroom.
The Dearborn Property Management book is used in the course and was the same book used for Commercial Property Management in April. (Don’t order if you already have).
