Ginny Frank, Associate Broker, ABR, GRI will teach Real Estate Sales, for broker candidates. This course gives you two broker credits and it is 30 hours. It is approved for CE. This course covers the transaction cycle, prospecting techniques, advertising and marketing, qualifying buyers, showing properties, negotiation, financing and more.
Class meets every Thursday 9-3 except the second week of May, class will be on Tuesday the 11th.
Books will begin to ship two weeks before the class. If you are registering late, your book may be delayed.
No additional cost for a used book, $40 for a new book.
