Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM – 4 PM
This is the required pre-license course, Real Estate Practice (45 hours/3 credits).
The instructor will be teaching the following concepts:
1. An introduction to the real estate business
2. Laws and regulations affecting real estate practice
3. Ethics, Antitrust, Fair Housing Laws, broker salesperson issues
4. Agency law
5. Kinds of agency relationships
6. Compensation and fees
REQUIRED BOOK: The required book is Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 14th edition (the same book used for Real Estate Fundamentals). You will get your book the first day of class.
