Class will meet on Zoom every Saturday with a final exam the last day of class. No class on Sept 16 (Rosh Hashanah)

You will receive a reminder a day before the class.

Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.

Book requirement:  (Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 14th edition – the same book used for Real Estate Practice)
