Class will meet via Zoom.
You will receive meeting links at least a day before the class begins.
The class meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30-9:45 p.m. No class July 4.
Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.
Book requirement: Please read the first two chapters of the book for the first night of class. (Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 14th edition – the same book is used for Real Estate Practice)
