Class will meet in-person at RAMP 1427 W. Liberty Ave., Pgh 15226. Taught by Mike Suley, CRB, CRS, CPE.
The class meets on Monday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM with a lunch break. There will be four classes followed by a final exam on the last session from 9 AM – noon.
You may pack a bagged lunch, we have vending machines for snacks and drinks.
Students will learn the basic principles of real estate, real estate vocabulary, ownership of real property, the rights of ownership and limitations, how ownership is held and title is transferred, law principles, contracts, financing and licensing laws, environmental issues and leasing.
Book requirement: Please read the first three chapters of the book for the first day of class. (Modern Real Estate Practice in PA – 14th edition – the same book used for Real Estate Practice)
