Taught by Michael J, Suley CRB,CRS,GRI, who has been in the real estate business since 1977. He has owned his own real estate business, and has been a sales manager for the premier real estate companies in the Metropolitan Pittsburgh region. He has trained thousands of real estate professionals and was RAMP’s president in 1990.
Class meets six Tuesday afternoons followed by an exam.
Brokerage and Office Management is a REQUIRED course in broker’s licensing education. Everyone working towards a broker’s license must take this course.
THE COURSE WILL COVER ALL PHASES OF THE MANAGEMENT FUNCTION, INCLUDING PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION, BUDGETS, RECRUITING, HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT AND MARKET STRATEGIES.
