PA State Appraisal and Regulations Update Fri., April 30, 2021 | 9 am – 4:30 pm

PA State Appraisal (AM class) and Guidelines Update (PM class) taught by Mark Smeltzer.  Total of 7 hours.

Virtual Participation Guidelines:

Students must have Zoom via a webcam on a computer, cell phone, table, ipad,  to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor.

If you are a new student at our School, a copy of your driver’s license must be emailed to the dawnp@realtorspgh.com as verification after you have registered.

The ZOOM link will be emailed to students a couple days prior to the offering in separate email from registration confirmation.

Approved for 7 hours continuing education for your appraiser and real estate license.
