This is your mandatory continuing education course (3.5 hrs CE) on Broker’s Responsibilities and the Responsibilities of their Licensees. The State Real Estate Commission has mandated this course for the current renewal cycle ending May 31, 2024. Only licensees renewing for the first time are exempt (and required to take “New Agent” modules).
