Taught by Timothy Hazel, Esq. with Pietragallo Law. The course will cover the fundamentals of real estate development and discuss the roles of the developer, project tenant, project teams, and project team partners such as architects, contractors, brokers, engineers, attorneys and such. The course will teach the phases of real estate development from how and where to choose a site to financing the project to city planning and to project completion.
3.5 hours CE credit.
