If the construction is not complete by April 22\, please plan accordingly for your arrival. We will meet in the lobby at 11:45 am. The tour will begin promptly at Noon. \nStreet parking is available. Garage spaces may not be available on April 22nd due to the contractors continuing to work on the building. \nAttendance is limited\, please register below to let us know you are attending. \nSee you on April 22nd.

DESCRIPTION:A special presentation to commemorate Fair Housing Month. \nMandatory CE: Fair Housing (Breakfast included) – $20 \nThe Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission voted to impose a continuing education requirement for the 2024-2026 renewal period. The requirement is that a minimum of 5 (five) hours of the required 14 hours of continuing education must be taken in the following topics: 2-hours in Fair Housing and 3-Hours in Agency Relationship. \nTHIS COURSE IS THE FAIR HOUSING 2 HOUR PORTION ONLY.  (You can take Agency on May 7th) \nThe National Association of Realtors also requires 2-hours Fair Housing Training for the 2025-2027 Triennial period. \nTaught by Brian Larson\, AHWD.   \n2 hours CE. \nThis event was made possible by a Fair Housing Grant from the National Association of Realtors.
