REI is an Accredited Provider with the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board (PACLE), and our programs are presumptively approved. The CLE requirement shall be a minimum of (2) hours of ethics, professionalism, or substance abuse and a minimum of (10) ten hours of substantive law, practice and procedure. Until modification by the CLE Board, the number of credits that may be applied to the annual CLE requirement earned through accredited pre-recorded/on-demand (asynchronous) programs shall not exceed six (6) hours. Credits earned through accredited live-online (synchronous) programs shall be treated the same as traditional classroom courses.

REPORTING:
We electronically report your CLE hours and submit payment to the PA CLE Board so your credits are added faster to your account! Many courses are approved for CLE and for your Real Estate license if applicable. Satisfy multiple education requirements with the one course. Course Description will state what credits apply for each course.
HARDSHIP POLICY:
REALTORS Educational Institute will award a limited number of discounts to attorneys experiencing financial hardship, in the form of a tuition discount. Approval is at the sole discretion of the School. Each approved discount is valid for a one year period. Discounted tuition is limited to 12 hours of CLE credit per year.
