LEAD BASED PAINT CORRECTIVE MEASURES
RAMP members have voiced concerns in finding contractors who are trained and willing to address problems with lead based paint issues. We are seeking to gather accurate information and assist our members as soon as we can be sure of the information we are receiving is true. It may be the subject of some special meetings in the future, but we will definitely keep you updated through the e-newsletter and website.

Fresh off the success of our FHA regional seminars in June, RAMP has scheduled 6 new Social Media and Online Marketing Sessions on Monday, August 23rd and 30th. We're headed to the North, South, East, and West Corners of Pittsburgh, with a special seminar Downtown just for commercial agents. ANNUAL MEETING
The REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh is having their 2010 Annual meeting at the Allegheny Country Club on Thursday, September 16, 2010 from Noon to 2:00 pm. The Allegheny Country Club has a rich history and a beautiful setting. Mark your calendars. More information will follow.

- Green Designation classes being held on September 9 and 10th and the Residential Elective on the 23th. »Register
- ABR Designation will be available on October 4th and 7th and the elective for ABR will be determined at a later date. »Register
Fact: If you would like to take the Green Designation class and ABR; the Green Designation core on the 9th and 10th of September counts toward your elective for the ABR class.
EDUCATION NEWS YOU CAN USE
We will be working with the URA to have continuing education classes in the fall of 2010 highlighting the city and Urban Development.
We are also putting a plan in action to provide classes in 2011 concerning the new tax assessment in the city that will be available to you for C.E. and for your clients to learn about assessment and how to appeal.
