The CENTENNIAL SURPRISE CARD issued with the 2011 dues notice will be used for a contest throughout the Centennial year of 2011.
E-newsletter winners of the Centennial Surprise will get to randomly choose from the following list of items:
1. $100 iTunes gift card won by Nancy Miller
2. 100 pennies won by Susan Demko
3. $100 gift certificate won by Meryl Neiman
4. $100 brick on REALTOR® Walk of Fame won by Mary L. Rockwell
5. 100 one dollar bills won by William Walsh
6. $100 savings bond
7. 100 stamps
8. $100 towards family membership to the History Center
9. $100 gift card for fine dining
10. 100 minute movie and snack package won by Dan Patterson
11. 100 ounces of Starbucks coffee
12. 100 minute massage
CONTEST RULES
One contest will be reoccurring throughout 2011. Each month, on the second Monday of the month, a random number will be drawn and published in the e-mail newsletter of the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. If your number is published, you will have fourteen (14) calendar days to present your unaltered CENTENNIAL SURPRISE CARD with the number clearly visible to the contest administrators at the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh headquarters located at 1427 West Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15226 (or other location specified in the individual contest rules) during regular business hours.
Only one card will be issued to each Primary REALTOR®, Primary Designated REALTOR®, Primary Life Designated REALTOR®, and Primary Life REALTOR® member. This card will be mailed with the dues notice. This card should be kept available throughout the year. No replacement card will be issued.
The card with the original number, unaltered in any manner, must be presented within the required time frame and in the required manner within the individual contest rules, in order to receive the prize.
Only current Primary REALTORS®, Primary Designated REALTORS®, Primary Life Designated REALTORS®, and Primary Life REALTOR® members of the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh with 2011 dues fully paid are eligible to receive a prize using the card in the CENTENNIAL SURPRISE Contest. The winner may become current after learning he/she is eligible to win, but still must complete the process and claim his/her prize before the time frame to collect the prize has elapsed.
The winner authorizes the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh to record the winner’s picture and voice on photographs, films, and tapes, to edit these recordings at its discretion, to incorporate these recordings at its discretion, and to incorporate these recordings into movie and sound films on tapes, radio, television broadcast, and on websites or other programs. The winner also gives permission for the REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh to use and license others to use these materials for publicity, advertising and sales promotion and to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographic, or other information in connection with them. I acknowledge that there is no promises of compensation were made by REALTORS® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh for such use.
There is no cash value to the CENTENNIAL SURPRISE CARD.
The decision of the contest administrators will be final.
